Hello there! My name is Jason Ebanks and I’m a certified counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience in helping people overcome life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the individual is the foundation of any healing journey, and that’s what I prioritize in my work.

I hold a CPCAB Level 4 qualification in Therapeutic Counselling. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Couples Counselling.
My approach is empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental, providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.

    Based on our initial consultation, I design a bespoke therapeutic plan addressing your specific concerns and objectives, ensuring you receive the most effective and empathic care.

  3. Therapeutic Sessions

    Our regular sessions provide a supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Through these discussions, we work collaboratively to facilitate meaningful change.
